Helping individuals become their best self is a passion that I hold dearly. I believe that building and sustaining positive relationships is an essential key to having a purposeful, eventful life. I also believe in nurturing oneself, fostering a positive self-image and believing in yourself is the first steps in harvesting positive relationships with others.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A & M and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Christian University. I am under the supervision of Debbie Edmunds, MA, LPC-S. I have worked in the educational setting for the last eleven years working with adolescents, teens, and adults. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and groups dealing with anger management, substance abuse, life coaching, career counseling, and relationships.

My goal as your psychotherapist is to support you with developing the helpings skills uniquely needed to cherish and achieve the goals you seek. My theoretical approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while utilizing various approaches to support you.
