Kim Le, MA, LPC, LCDC
Hello, there! My name is Kim Le and I am Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), as well as a native of Houston, Texas. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and my Masters of Arts in Psychology from Houston Baptist University.

I believe that everyone is going through their own unique struggles, however, these struggles shouldn't keep someone from experiencing fulfillment, happiness and contentment. Through counseling, I will work with each client to better them understand what it is that they can control and what they cannot; help release the internal or emotional struggles that may be hindering them from experiencing and pursuing new and better things; plant seeds that will help to reinforce the belief that change is possible; work to reframe negative thoughts and false beliefs about oneself; and help to identify some healthy coping and communication skills.

I specialize in areas of: addiction, alcohol/drug abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, stress, grief, and anger management. Some of the treatment approaches that I employ are: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR); Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT); and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

For more information, feel free to contact me at 832-756-6258 and check out my website at www.kimletherapy.com.

I look forward to speaking with you on how I can help!
